Passaic County Parks and Recreation has partnered with D Best 1 Taekwondo & Kickboxing School in Clifton, NJ, to bring you the Women Only Cardio Kickboxing program! This program has a detailed curriculum that combine elements of boxing, martial arts and aerobics to provide overall physical fitness and toning.
Who: Women ages 16yrs and older
When: Tuesday's (October 19 thru December 7) @ 6:30pm
Where: D Best 1 Taekwondo School - 1372 Main Ave, Clifton, NJ 07011
Cost: $30 registration fee per person. Cost includes all 8 classes.
Notes: A uniform is mandatory to participate (t-shirt and gloves). Uniforms should be ordered directly from D Best 1 Taekwondo School on the first day of class.
