Spring 2025 Multi Sports with Amazing Athletes - Goffle Brook Park Ages 3-4 The Passaic County recreation department has partnered with Amazing Athletes to bring to you this introductory level 8-week Multi Sports program
This program introduces the fundamentals of 10 different sports (soccer, hockey, volleyball, basketball, tennis, lacrosse, football, track and field, baseball and golf) in a non-competitive environment, where children will be able to grow physically, socially and emotionally. The children in this this program will routinely gain greater confidence, learn to combine fitness with fun, and develop 6 key motor skills: Balancing, Running, Jumping, Throwing, Catching and Kicking. Note: This class is not a drop-off program. Parent/guardiansmust stay present, but will not be actively participating

Spring 2025 Adult Zumba with Katty at Garret Mountain - All (6) Zumba Classes Zumba combines high energy and motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Zumba participants to dance away their worries. It is based on the principle that a workout should be 'FUN AND EASY TO DO' in order for Zumba participants to stick to the Zumba fitness program to achieve long-term health benefits. Zumba is not only great for the body, but it is also great for the mind.
When: Mondays, April 28 - June 9, 2024 (no class on Memorial Day, May 26, 2025)
Time: 6:00 to 7:00 PM

Junior Ranger Programs - Birding For Kids Have your Beatrice Gilmore third grader join Ranger Tim for a fun afternoon of birdingat Garret Mountain Reservation! They will learn about the incredible adaptations that make birds so special and how easy it is to observe and identify them in the wild. The program is free! Just choose either April 30th or May 1st. To keep the group small and not scare away the birds, please only one parent may attend with the 3rd grader and no siblings.
