Family yoga is connecting with your loved ones, and other families, with playful, joyous yoga! Each class is a unique experience and may include individual, partner, and group poses, stories, music, and cooperative games. Bring a sense of adventure, and let’s make a yoga experience together!
Best for ages 4 and up, but all ages welcome!
Day/Time: Sundays @ 10 AM

Parents don't need to participate, but are required to stay on premises.
