Join us for this 8 week Vinyasa Flow Yoga program outdoors at Garret Mountain Reservation.
This class is taught by Felise Shivadasi, a veteran yoga instructor with 30 years of experience. She has taught at Jivamukti Yoga, NYC and owns Shiva Shanti Yoga School in Rutherford, NJ.

Registration is $5 for an individual class or $32 if you want to register for all 8 classes ($8 savings.)
