The Passaic County Recreation department is happy to share with you all the return of our Horseback Riding program for the Fall season for Passaic County Residents!
Participants will learn horse care, horsemanship, horse safety and how to saddle a horse with the ultimate goal of being able to ride a horse by the end of the 6-week program.
This season will be separated into two days and four time slots:
- Mondays, October 6 - November 10, 2025 at 5:00PM for First Time Riders AGES 8-15 GROUP ONE
- Mondays, October 6 - November 10, 2025 at 6:00PM for First Time Riders AGES 8-15 GROUP TWO
- Wednesdays, October 8 - November 12, 2025 at 5:00PM for Returning Riders (children have to have participated in THIS SPECIFIC PROGRAM SPRING 2024 or SUMMER 2025)
- Wednesdays, October 8 - November 12, 2025 at 6:00PM for ADULTS
THIS PROGRAM IS ONLY OPEN FOR PASSAIC COUNTY RESIDENTS.
Location: Garret Mountain Equestrian Center - 1 Park Road, Woodland Park, NJ
FOR PASSAIC COUNTY RESIDENTS ONLY
Cost: $60 due on site paid directly to the Equestrian center
