aquaticLast Class will be on Wednesday, August 13.
Come and move with us on Mondays & Wednesdays all summer long! This event includes 45 minutes of low-impact aquatic exercise utilizing a pool noodle (provided) for resistance. No previous skills are required; modifications are available for all abilities.

Location: Camp Hope (1792 Union Valley Road, West Milford, NJ 07480)

Day/Time: Mondays & Wednesdays  @ 9:00 a.m**

Age: 55+ years old

Cost: $5 per class

** Classes subject to cancel due to inclement weather (Temperature below 60 by class start time or rain)
